The problem
Embarking on the motherhood adventure is a truly wondrous phase, brimming with fresh starts and a heart full of affection for your new bundle of joy. However, amidst this charm lies a set of challenges, and one prominent issue that women often encounter after childbirth is a sense of solitude. While the world whirls on, the new mom finds herself navigating significant transformations with a growing feeling of loneliness.
Sarah, a 30-year-old first-time mom with a marketing background, recently welcomed her baby girl, Emily. Sarah is struggling with loneliness and a sense of isolation since becoming a new mom. While she adores her baby girl, the transition to motherhood has been challenging. She finds herself spending most of her days alone at home with Emily, feeling disconnected from her pre-baby social life. Sarah often feels overwhelmed and anxious, wondering if she's doing everything right for her baby.
